Long bio (150 words)
Kayla Brown is a Nashville real estate broker and the founder of BuyUnrepped, a licensed Tennessee brokerage that gives homebuyers professional support without traditional buyer representation. She studied Microbiology and was a year into dental school when a diagnosis of Ewing’s Sarcoma brought her home to Nashville. Buying her first home during treatment drew her into real estate, and she has been licensed in Tennessee since 2017. As of July 2026 she has assisted in more than 185 Middle Tennessee transactions and over $100 million in transaction volume. She built BuyUnrepped after seeing capable buyers pay for services they didn’t want or go without the structure they needed. Kayla speaks with consumers, real estate professionals and business audiences about buyer representation, unrepresented buyers, and building a new kind of company in an established industry. She lives and works in Nashville.
